i had lumbar surgery on 2-3 ,3-4,4-5 i was wondering if anyone out there had similar surgery to the lumbar region.wondering how long for total recovery and how much strenghth i will have when all said and done.my surgeon said i will probably be 100% in 3 months from surgery date.it has been one month(still wearing that suit of armor when i go anywhere)i have always been a go getter so i am expecting to heal pretty good but as it is now,of course it still hurts, aches, spasms etc... but my job consists of heavy lifting.(70lbs.) i am a small person.if it hadn't been for working at my job all those years,i wouldn't have had this problem to begin with.sooooooo---anybody been through similar??? i am really afraid i will get to work not be able to handle it.
