A PT/ Surgeon / nurse will only have your body for a few hours....you have your body 24 hours per day 7 days per week..
Quit posting.
get into the pool....3-4 hours per day 7 days per week = 21-28 hours per week
Then post AFTER you have completed 40-60 HOURS of rehab in 2 weeks.......

stuff 'cause my back hurt sooo bad.
I am now 52 and the next 4 days I am going to surf my brains out!!
Either I'll be dead or dead tired.
Either way I am using my "phd" I EARNED over the 25+ years
