I just wante to share with all of you the progress I have been making. I am currently taking 100 mgs of Celebrex when I wake up. In the afternoon I have been inverting myself on an inclined sit-up bench for 30 minutes, in 10 minute intervals. In between each 10 minute interval I lay on my back and pull my knees to my chest to get a good stretch. I still have pain in the morning and the evening, but it is getting better every day at a very slow pace. The pain in my hips and legs is almost gone completely throughout the day.
