These past couple months I've noticed that if I get extremely upset or stressed out, my entire spine seems to feel stiff and crack or pop a lot the next day. My hips too. I don't see how it can be related to a lower back injury. Do you think this has anything to do with reflex sympathetic dystrophy? Or maybe am I unconsciously tensing up while stressed? It's not extremely painful. Just dull and achy. Heat usually helps it. Just curious if anyone else has experienced something like this before.
