My Dr recently put me on coumadin as he found several large blood clots in my right lung. I am very greatful to be alive and don't mean to complain but I have bad arthritis in my hands and bursitis down my legs. The coumadin prevents me from taking any kind of antiinflamitory drugs. I just read an article and for the arthritis in my hands by using my opposite thumb and putting pressure while making a circuluar motion it relieves pain, it works. I was wondering if anyone had any other remanies out side of the box for bursitis & arthritis any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you & God bless

I also take coumadin and My doc did not put any restrictions on me concerning antiinflamitory drugs. I take Celebrex daily.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
