Back Pain Support Group
Back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek medical care. In fact, about 3 in 4 adults will experience back pain during their lifetime! The term back pain includes pain affecting the neck, midback and low back. Acute back pain may begin suddenly with intense pain but typically lasts fewer than three months. Usually, chronic back pain is persistent, steady, and...
Exercise promotes the release of endorphins from the morphine center
Exercise is always, to the persons physical ability+ just a little more.
I am nothing more than a coach, to get someone to do more than they would on their own.

Not all Lower back pain comes from the lower back.* (Abdomen, tumors, blood flow, etc.)
A narrow cervical central canal called stenosis can cause lower back pain with sciatica.
Make sure the Dr has also done an MRI of the cervical spine, and a needle EMG, before cutting the lower back.

.he does not feel like bouncing in a tire and will need to either suffer forever or opt for the hope of surgical relief.
Sometimes it is necessary to cut.
If I get there, it will be after ALL options are exhausted.
Post surgery is WAY more than 20-30 hours per week of rehab
.* (Abdomen, tumors, blood flow, etc.)
Don't you just feel alone when your back is out?
You are unable to:
cough,
sneeze,
fart,
shower,
go to the tiolet,
wipe your own fanny,
get a drink, a pillow, some food.
Do you get tired of looking up at the ceiling for hours on end?
Listenening to the quiet in the middle of the night
and
the "heartbeat" in your sciatic nerve?
..................
been there done that?
did you read this post?

"Whoever has time for 20-30 hours of rehab every week just to feel so-so,.."
I did not work for nearly 4years.
This was due to the auto accident
which created much more than the lower back pain including:
Articular pillar fracture of the neck C5-C6,
disc bulge @ C5C6,
separated 13 ribs from the sternum (flail chest),
fractured Xyphoid process, that is still unnstable
multiple fractured ribs
right face fracture at the eye(orbit)
dislocated Jaw,
TMJ,
fractured and lost most of my teeth on the right lower jaw (I have very bad dental problems still) ,
shattered left clavicle with a current Pseudo articulation
dislocated right radial head
fractured right wrist
fractured left patella
bilateral sciatica to the bottoms of both feet
severe incapciatiang lower back pain
aswell as all the regular stuff of:
muscle spasms
"whiplash"
intercostal neuritis
"healing pains"
"fracture pains"
And all othe other stuff the Drs were just guessing at
so Yeah Iv'e earned IT!

Let me tell you something. There is not a single person that I know of that just happily signs up for surgery. We all suffer, we all try multiple things first. We get to the point where, for one reason or another we determine that surgery is our last or best option. You can remind people not to jump in hastily, and that would not be innapropriate. But to act as though anyone who has surgery has made an awful mistake?? That may be your own personal opinion now, but I assure you there will come a time where you will change your tune.
I suggest you keep your opinions to yourself since you have not personally examined any of us or seen what we have been through up until out decision to "cut".
Also, maybe you should quit while you are ahead because the more you reference a bunch of obscure quotes and acronyms that don't even make sense, the more you discredit yourself.
possibly.
Only unstable fractures are pinned together.
I opted NOT to have my left clavicle plated with 6- screws
Other stable fractures require 4-6 weeks to mend and about 18 months to Re-Model to the original configuration.
Please be specific to the last phrase:
reference a bunch of obscure quotes and acronyms that don't even make sense,.."
These are my favorite ACRONYMS:
VD,STD,BHP,IBS,
also LBP,CSF,DDD,IVD,........
Obscure quotes- rare words, unusual words, make obscure or unclear;
Acronyms helps you type faster and decipher what other people are saying to you.
Others may take it personally, but isn;t that about what is perceived.
I know i.m new and may not have seen akk posts, but this is for support not personal attack. Go easy
I have a "phd" in:
"Physical rehab Hurts Daily"
Which is annoying and stupid.
I am wasting my breath because you clearly just like the written equivalent of the sound of your own voice. I do not need Webster's official definition for every word used.
just coaching.
