I was scheduled to have an epidural on Monday for my spinal stenosis which I had surgery for last July and made the pain go away for 1 month. I just finished paying that surgeon off last week. What a waste of money because my internist told me there is no cure for spinal stenosis. I chickened out of the epidural because they don't just want to do one they want to follow it up with 2 more two weeks apart. I made an appointment and went to a chiropractor today and was amazed not only with the immediate relief but also with the cost of their services. The cost is so cheap and my insurance pays all but $15.00. I go 3 times a week for the next two weeks and she said that if it didn't take care of my problem that she could and something else would have to be done. I'd much rather do this and have the needle as a last resort.

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
