Hi my name is Vicki, I have been going to Celebrate Recovery for over a year now, let me tell you guys, it is so, so awesome. It is for ... HURT'S, HABIT'S, AND HANG UP'S... I have been saved now for a year this past Oct. 29, 2006. It is for everything we have held in us and could let go, or just didn't feel we could let go, we have caffa, and then we worship, and then we have a small, on Thur.starts at 6:00pm to 9:00pm. It is for men and women, although when it's time for our small groups at the end, the men and womem go to class seperatted from each other. It has helped me to let go of so much pain that I was carrying in my heart, God it's just awesome anyone want to come, it is open to us all at OAK RIDGE CHURCH, BY THE KMART ON 50... i love to talk to anyone about it, I talk a lot there... I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
