I am at a complete wits end. I have tried the following for my back: icey hot (stuff burns), ice (using now), heating pad, pillows in bwn my legs when sleep, sleep on the opposite side of the pain, pillows behind my back when sitting down, try not to stand for too long nor sit down for too long, massages, motron, excedrin back and body, tylenol, aromotherapy bath, and hot showers. I give up. I have 2wks. before seeing a Chiropractor, but just need any type of advice that can help till then. Thank-you.
