My back is messed up due to the army. my neck also. I went to the chiropractor and he did x-rays on me and said that my spine was leaning and my neck wasnt moving the way it should. Also my neck is straight up and down when it should have a slight curve in it. He relieved my neck from being so stiff but everything else is still there. I couldnt afford to keep going. I was using medicaid. Well in a year, you are only allowed to use it 12 times, I was at like 11. I went to the VA hospital and they havent done anything yet but I wake up stiff and sometimes cant got to sleep. I get headaches and feel nautious sometimes feels like it coming from the back aches. I have slight muscles twitches in my body de to my spine sitting on my nerves. Also, I cant sit in like waiting room chairs without moving around so much. What do I do in the meantime to get comfortable until something is done to fix my back? My chiropractor said it could get fixed I hope it can cause this drives me crazy.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
