Hi everyone. Just thought I would share that I had an MRI today to try and figure out why I have been in so much pain with my lower back (besides the degenerative discs. what do you think i'll find out and when?

Possibly a herniated disc L5,S1 maybe. I have that it got so bad it started causing my left leg to hurt. It is pinching a nerve. Boy is that pain. It shouldn't take more than a week at the most for your doctor to have the results.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
