Jagex doesn't do too much because bots help keep Runescape alive. Legitimately bots are 30 percent of RuneScape gold. They only prohibit select accounts, it is funny. Been playing for many many decades, when botting started, Jagex did nothing whatsoever. They only do enough to appease the entire world. You're starting their own narrative. Jagex sells gp in their very own site. Make gp. Sell gp. Profit.
Nobody appears to realise that if you delete all of bots, you radically change the economy of Runescape, no more will you be in a position to purchase annoying low price items becuase they'll be there, you are going to need to collect them all yourself, skills such as herb will proceed upto 50-100 gp/xp becuase there wont be an availability of items, robots really are a requirement for Runescape so that you might as well simply ignore it.
Any script that's open for a broad public will get you banned quite fast, no matter using anti-ban, breaks etc. the scripts that you see are most likely personal made for very few players therefore Jagex does not pick them up or just chooses to ignore them. Things such as cannonballs might be an exception simply because the legit method of doing cannonballs is 98 percent afk in itself, and it is difficult to judge if a person is botting when they are cheap OSRS gold hardly doing any actions. How scripts like master farmers use it into 99+ thieving is beyond me though, must be a script with randomly delayed clicks or something.
