WELL, HE HAS ACTUALLY DECIDED TO READ THE PAPAERWORK ABOUT THE COLLEGE FOR 19-25'S AND HAS AGREED TO GO AND LOOK AT IT- SO A HUGE STEP FORWARD IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. when we feel we dont have control over things.. well we all know what that is like, our kids dont have alot of control over thier stims, and limits, i think them making choices helps allot. Thats is safe and appropriate choices!
