so adams teacher called today after i read the note about how bad his day was to explain exactly what happened. turns out adam just doesnt want to do his work. in my opinion its her fault for going the first half of the year letting him slide on everything then after they gave him achievement tests and saw how high he scored (she said he scored very high) they were floored at how high his scores are so they are pushing him to do more work. in a way i understand where she is coming from, but in adams defense, you just cant let him play for several months and then one day tell him now ya gotta do school work! i told her she messed up doing it like that and i realize she didnt know but i had been trying to tell her all yr that he is alot smarter then they think he is! sooooo, i have to say time out is justified cause there was no over stimulation when he started acting out, another mom was there today she called me and told me that adam was just being plain bad, she knows adam very well and does stick up for him so i trust her judgement, but i still will continue to push the teacher to help him adjust and make it as bearable as possible for him. thanks so much for all of your support!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
