hello,i wanted to share this every one it was sooo cute, put a smile on my face so i hope it puts one on yours,the other day we took our son to lekeoteck. so he was playing with us and he found something else to play with. we were all just watching him.ruben loves cds so the toy he found it was kind of like a raido and in side of it was 3 or 4 cds that went with it. so when he discovered that they were in there he takes them out one by one blows on them then lifts up his shirt and rubs the cd on his belly, yano like he was cleaning it off but instead of useing his shirt "like me and his dad do" he rubed it on his belly every one in the room just started to laugh and ruben just looked at us like what is so funny! well good nite ladys, hope that made every one smile.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
