I am new to the board so I am sure that this topic has been touched. I have been potty training Trey for 2 years with little success. He will go do #1 buy himself most of the time. Those times are when we are at home. If we are at someone elses house, even if he knows where the bathroom is, he will not go on his own. He almost never does #2 by himself. He just doesn\'t feel comfortable. We pretty much know his schedule for #2. So when we feel it\'s time, we ask him to go to the potty. He says \"no potty\" every time. if we happen to catch him before he goes and place him on the potty, he will sit there forever and not do anything. I even let him have some privacy thinking he would go, and he would just hop off the toilet and say \"finish\", flush and run out. Does anyone have any advice for me. I think I\'m at a loss. Thanks.
