Hi everybody.Just want to share good news for a change,lew was diagnosed last week with autism at long last.Already the school have organised an appt. for educational psychologist and its only a week away.Cant believe how lucky we are.Also getting to see another clinical psych soon.I know i'll still have to fight my little boys corner.But isnt it nice to know that there are some professionals who really do care.Brings hope to all(in uk maybe0.xoxoxo

That is great news. Now is the best part - moving forward with lots of help from the school! I felt like once things were addressed with my son and services put in place (speech and OT) I could focus on what we needed to do and I already see progress. Good luck to you!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
