so after i had private talk with psychiatrist telling him that adams biggest problem was the adults in his life not staying on same page and i didnt feel like his med chnages should be based on that and while we were talking adams meds had worn off and he could not be still, it was after 3 pm, he lowered the risperdal to .5ml in the mornings and .5ml at night and added a 3rd dose of the methylin at 4:30 in the afternoon, i see a big difference in adam already. in the evenings he was so agitated and hard to deal with, now he is back to is old fairly easy to deal with self. he is even back to not starting the bad behavior the second dad gets up or around nanny. hope it lasts, he needed the doses changed thats all, instead of new med, adding the dose helps him from getting so agitatedin the late afternoon and evening, its worth it to see him playing instead of stimming out of control and being so hard to keep on track. he keeps himself on track now again, woo hoo!
