so cayden loves his certain movies and one of them is ice age (the original). anyway he has watched it so many times and i have seen him many times laugh at things that were in deed funny, which is so great to see. he destroyed the first ice age we got for him so his grandma sent one for christmas and all of the sudden he starts having these crying episodes. they are happening 3 or 4 times a day and i go and console him and he is over it. well all of the sudden i figured it out, it was the end of the movie he was crying about, i put it together after noticing a few times that every time i went to him it was at that point in the movie, i am so excited, he actually cried for sid, manny and the baby!! he has never done that before.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
