As I have previously posted I have taken my son out of school due to the fact I don't think he is getting the proper education. His principal has justed emailed me and wants me to sign and IEP stating which of the following options I want tthe school to do. 1. I work with Nick at home with the work given by teachers. 2. Nick goes to school 2 hours a week for special ed and I do the rest of the work with him at home. 3. The school sends a teacher to the house to work with Nick a few times a week. For the third option I would need a better doctors note then The one I gave them to release Nick from school. I guess my question is I took all of the proper steps to legally be able to home school Nick. Do I still have to do an IEP. Or do I just ignore his request. I don't want to have any contact with the school. That is why I went to the ISD to get the paper work to be able to homeschool him. Any Advice
