Has anyone tried a gluten-free only diet and continue to give their kids dairy products? I was told that a child on the spectrum will seek out - almost crave it like a drug - foods they are allergic to. Pretty much all the foods that my son seeks are all wheat based (fish sticks, chicken nuggest, pasta, crackers, chips and cookies). He will drink a few small glasses of milk a day but would prefer juice. I guess I will try eliminating the gluten to start with. Just wanted to see if anyone else had any experience or words of advice. Thanks!!!

I tried it all. Sitting it out will just get it back to me sometime. Only way to release steam is to talk about it or get told that i didnt worsen it. What should i do? I will not go to a therapist for some guilt feelings. Ive asked on multiple forums about this trouble. This one was the best forum by far. Thanks to you, guys! But what should i do?
