Tonight we had a severe thunderstorm, Hayden's first thunderstorm. He reacts to it by throwing his binki about 5 feet in front of him, running to get it and throwing it again... always the same pattern. While he is doing this his breathing is real rapid and he carries a different expression than usual. He did this non-stop for over half an hour. I could tell by his breathing and the look on his face that if I tried to redirect him he was going to have a major meltdown, head banging and all. So my question is, Do I let him do this or do I try to intervene? We are going to have some more severe storms tonight any advice is much needed and appreciated..... Thanks......

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
