I\'ve been involved with a group of people who cannot speak with their voices, but who have been using facilitated communication (FC) for as long as the last 12 years. The group has also been providing training in the technique in a unique way, with the people who use FC designing the traning curriculum and being the leaders in giving the training. While many people have heard about the controversy of FC, few may have heard, until recently, how it can be used reliably (and validated) by people who have no other means of communicating. What have others heard and or experienced with facilitated communicaiton?
