I have heard a lot abot the cassin-gluten free diet and have considered trying it with my 5 year old autistic son. He doesn't have any stomach/gut problems or bowel problems. Is a cassin-gluten free diet still worth thinking about to help lessen the autistic symtoms or will it only help autistic kids who have those stomach/bowel problems?
