hello everyone, it has been a while!! i am having some issues with my 6 year olds aggression. he is currently on risperdal 2x a day (2.5). he is around 60 pounds, just wondering if this is enough for him. his aggression seems to be worse in the mornings at school, by the afternoon he is fine and for the most part at home too. alot of his problems are frustration or being told not to do something. he is semi verbal, says lots of words, sometimes 2 or 3 phrases, so he can comunicate. i guess what i am asking is if there is any other meds out there besides ablify (already tried and didn't work for him) that kids can take for aggression? any help would be appriciated. by the way, his aggression is in the form of flicking with his fingers, slapping others or himself and kicking. the worse case has been biting the teacher, and also he can control this to an extent, he acted like he was going to bite me one day on the cheek and he stopped himself!! thanks carey
