My little guy is 4 years old and has autism. The "CPSE" (committee on preschool education) has been offering services for speech and language and Occupational Therapy at home. They have also offered some nurseries that have all the services available. However I am not comfortable with having him bused to school 10 miles away, as I do not have a license yet. I was told by a couple of persons that we are entitled to have a special education teacher at homeas well as the other services. Does anyone know about this? I am kinda desperate right now.
