I've tried getting ABA therapy started for my son and my insurance company denied coverage because they said it was experimental. I am going through the appeal process now and I have found some articles showing that ABA Therapy is an EST (Explinicit Supported Treatment). Does this mean that it is no longer experimental? Does anyone have any information they could offer me that would help in this situation?
