I spent all day in a-fib for the first time in months. I've been taking a magnesium supplement that seems to make all the difference. I woke up this morning with acid reflux and an irregular HR of 114. I'm really grateful for the rate control meds I'm on - 114 is darn low! As I think RN said, I'm not frightened or mad, just disappointed. I've known all along that I was just enjoying an afib-free period of time and that it would come back. I've decided it's going to have to interfere a lot more with my life before I'm ready for an ablation - that's more than I knew the first time I saw my EP. Friday is my 2nd visit to him and I now know I'm not ready.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
