well i woke up this morning feeling good so i decided do do my exercising in the am rather than the pm. i only do about 2 miles in 30 min on a tread mill 2 x a week plus some intense strength exercises(on different days). anyways exercising my high hr gets up to 135-140 at times but normally afterward my hr averages around 68-75 but even 3 hours after this morning my hr is still low to mid 90's? im keeping plenty water in me cause im urinating constantly,lol. just dont understand whats going on, my pulse feels normal unlike my last afib episode i have taken a whole klonopin for my anxiety an hour ago but my hr is still up???? i am hypo so im wondering if this could be a thyroid issue or am i having a heart attack? well any feedback would help, thanks
