I have been practicing yoga now for about 5 years and it had done me a world of good. u have to really focus your breathing which helps me a lot. You do NOT need to be super flexible to practice. Some poses are crazy hard, but for the most part the poses progress in difficulty as you progress. Something as simple as standing straight up can be yoga as long as you are consciously breathing. Has anyone else had any experince with yoga?
