I have had shortness of breath on and off lately with my asthma. I know its due to the weather changing daily from warm to cold...gotta love Florida lol. Anyways I went to bed last night with a lil shortness of breath just enough to annoy me, I wasnt really worried about it. Well I fall asleep and about an hour later I woke up gasping for air and my heart was racing. I laid back down after calming down and fell back asleep. I woke up again like an hour later with some wheezing which was a first for me. I used my inhaler and it seemed to clear it up. I have woken up one other time gasping for air when my asthma was acting up. Is this normal when your asthma is acting up or do I need to be concerned?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
