I play soccer and one of the main reasons as to why i have not progressed the way i should have in the past three years and made the varsity team is due to my asthma, i want to know if anyone could give me advice as to how to strengthen myself and my lungs because after only a few minutes of activity I always have to sit out and its embarrassing because it looks as though i'am not trying but i'am, its just my asthma will not allow me to work up to my potential, any advice would be helpful regarding this problem. thank you.
