Asthma is a disease of the human respiratory system where the airways narrow, often in response to a "trigger" such as exposure to an allergen, cold air, exercise, or emotional stress. This airway narrowing causes symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing, which respond to bronchodilators.

Does anyone else find their chest gets overly tight and strained when they sneeze? I get out of breath when i do and find i need to take my inhaler. Not good considering i sneeze alot.

Marah
Sometimes, yes. I think it is an allergy thing. When you are introduced to an allergen, your nose and lungs both react to it. Just happens at the same time, not causal reaction to the sneeze.

Yes, I find that one "compromise" in breath function (laughing, coughing, sneezing, eating) often triggers the rest of it! Ughh.
