I have only had asthma for a few years and I have not had a major attack yet. It would get really bad when I was around cats. But the other day was different. I was at work sitting at my desk and I just felt chest tightness so I used my inhaler but that didn't help. I felt like I ran a marathon and I was sitting. I ended up going to the doctor and it got under control. It was just scary bc i had never experienced it before.
