Asthma Support Group
Asthma is a disease of the human respiratory system where the airways narrow, often in response to a "trigger" such as exposure to an allergen, cold air, exercise, or emotional stress. This airway narrowing causes symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing, which respond to bronchodilators.
Have you identified your triggers? Is dust one of them? If so, try an air purifier and keeping things well dusted and see if that makes a difference.
Now, all of those things don't bother me as much(apart from when i jog), so i'd say 3 or 4 times in a good week.
I also understand that using a rescue inhaler so often may be an indication that your asthma is out of control and other maintenance medication is needed. It can make a world of difference. Have you talked to your doctor?
Good luck to you and breathe well!
