Today, in Chem Lab, my asthma decided to flare up. Which normally I am really good about having it undercontrol and not having flare ups during class time. Today though we were messing with chemicals and I have never seen a teacher react to my asthma like my chem instructor did! I am okay but it seems that my symptoms are changing. Has anyone else experienced this as well? Normally my chest would feel really heavy and start to hurt in the middle but this time that didn't happen. I left class and sat outside in the fresh air and used my inhaler a couple of times. I am okay just feel a littl weak and light headed but okay other than that.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
