I have exercise induced asthma which is made worse in cold weather and worse still in high altitudes. Naturally, snow skiing becomes a real chore. My doctor prescribed a pill, decadrone, which i take in advance for a day and then each day of skiing. It seems to help some, but doesn\'t totally knock it out. Still have to use inhaler a good bit. Anyone have any luck with other treatment options?
