Where do I go to get help with standards for homework. My son WILL NOT do his math. I am just so stressed about this. The 3 subjects in school that take the most organization and concentration ( math, science, and language arts) and he is about to fail all 3. Now Civics is becoming an issue. I have tried to go to the AEA. They have one of the teachers training to be a some sort of special needs person. Yet, she is one of my sons teachers so it seems like I am talking to a brick wall. They keep asking me what I want to do about it. Aren't they the teaching professionals. Shouldn't they be trained for this situation? My child isn't the only ADHD/ AS child.
