my son is six and going into first grade. he stands a head taller than most of the kids in his class and is expected to outgrow his 6ft5in father. his dad has big plans for him to be a basketball player. my husband thinks he will outgrow his clumsiness just like he did as a child. but im just not sure of that. our son is not only uncoordinated but a very poor loser. he gives up easily if things dont work the way he thinks they should and hates taking turns. we have to limit competitive play in our house because of him. he wants to play but cant stand to lose. he has shown some improvement but will he ever be able to play organized sports and actually be good at it?
