I'm wondering if sleep deprivation could be a contributor to my daughter and her AS. She takes medication and I think this is the reason for her not sleeping well. She is still up wondering around at midnight and when the alarm goes off at 7:00 a.m., she is a maniac. This has been going on for years. I'm thinking of taking her off all meds and seeing if her sleep improves and maybe in turn, will improve her overall demeanor. I guess I'm trying to weigh one against the other. Anyone have any advice or suggestions? I'm also wondering if I should consider a sleep study for her. Thanks.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
