I always feel like I could take a nap. Some days I am good but I feel like I need 8 or more hours of sleep a night? I have started exercising more regularly. I started taking a B 12 vit. with my doctor's approval but is ther more I can do?

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I have by the way mild sleep apnea(I was in a sleep study), seasonal affective, several forms of arthritis including FMS and Chronic Pain Syndrome, and a few other conditions. In the winter I don't necisarily feel depressed unless somethings triggered me to feel down. What I do feel is lethargic, I want to sleep alot but I'm not getting restful sleep(part of that is pain and other part is apnea and chronic insomnia). When things are particularly bad I watch my diet, take vit d/b6/b12, omega 3/6/9, and sam-e.
What really ticks me off is the number of doctors that don't understand the how tired inflamation makes a person. Not to mention the fact, the many people just precieve the RA suffer as lazy. the truth is the problem is very real! Unfortunately there doesn't seam to be many answers from the medical community on the problem of fatigue. Worse yet many doctors would rather write it off to the person as being depressed and after paying the bill for some of their bad advice you really are depressed.
My advice try the Feldene. Good luck!
