I was dianosed with severe osteoarthritis and no cartiledge left in the shoulder joint and had a right shoulder partial joint replacement last March, and then had to have another surgery to repair some issues in November. I had severe frozen shoulder that developed and the scar tissue glued down my deltoid muscle completely so that It could not move. They had to go back in a sever the adhesions all around the deltoid muscle so that I could have some flexibility back in November. It has been so achy in the shoulder joint since then and in the humerus bone too with only Ibuprofen to help with the pain and inflammation. I also have osteoporosis, much fatigue, and migraines. Does anyone know what could help me?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
