I don't know who wrote this poem,,, but in any case I would like to share this with you.. When I first found out that I had Arthritis and I was in the wheelchair.. My brother found this and gave it to me.. I would read it everyday and think about it and cry....As we go on dealing with the problems we have to bear in our life and the aches and pians that we have to live with each day I would like for everyone to remember this poem and also remember "It's In The Valley I Grow"
"It's In The Valley I Grow"
Sometimes life seems hard to bear;
Full of sorrow, trouble and woe
It's than I have to remember
That it's in the valley I grow
If I always stayed on the mountain top
And never experienced pain,
I would never apperciate God's love
And would be living in vain
I have so much to learn
And my growth is very slow,
Sometimes I need the mountain tops,
But it's in the valley I grow,
I do not always understand
Why things happen as they do,
But I am very sure of one thing,
My Lord will see me through.
My little valleys are nothing
When I picture Christ on the cross
He went through the valley of death:
His victory was satan"s loss.
Forgive me Lord for complaining
WhenI'm feeling so very low.
Just give me a gentle reminder
That it's in the valley I grow.
Continue to strenghten me, Lord
And use my life each day
To share your love with others
And help them find their way.
Thank you for valley's Lord
For this one thing I know
The mountain tops are glorious
But it's in the valleys I grow!!!!!!
I pray that this poem will mean as much to you as it has me...
God Bless All

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Love you
