My dr recently told me that I am developing oa in my upper back. I guess this is linked to my kyphosis and scoliosis. I have never heard of it in the upper back like this. It is very painful and he also recommended a chiropractor which I have not done yet but I have tried anti inflamatories and they work but wear off quickly. I am nervous about going to a chiropractor do they really help?
