I had 2 car accidents where I ended up getting 2 herniated disks in my neck and it became midly worse on the second accindent. I have had neck pain and stiffness ever since, but it seemed to be getting better these past few months.
Last week I started getting a cracking sound in the back of my neck. I thought nothing of it until it didn't stop doing it. I told my friend about it and I turned my neck and they heard it; so not only do I hear it, but if someone is next to me they hear it as well.
I searched online and found that Osteoarthritis causes a cracking noise. I need to know is this something I should be concerned about or am I jumping to conclusions? I have no insurance so I cannot get it checked out right now. I would appreciate any comment. Thanks

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
For me, it is almost a relief to at least know why the cracking and crunching sounds are happening.
Good luck to you. I hope you can see a doc soon.
