Hi, I've been suffering from arthritis for about 5yrs mainly in my knees/joints, but recently in the past few months my wrists, fingers & feet have been sore & numb at times. It mainly happens when the weather is hotter so I try too cool them down, rest, do little rotation exercise to get the joints moving. Does anyone have other suggestions, I'm really worried because I know when my knees play up I'm unable to get around. I'm only 35yrs but this makes me feel so much older & I feel so frustrated.
