HI, I,AM NEW TO THIS GROUP. ON SEPT.28,2011 I FELL OFF A SMALL LEDGE LANDING ON CEMENT, OH MY LEGS KNEES FEET EVERYTHING HURT. WE CAME RIGHT HOME WE WERE ON SMALL VACATION. I CALLED DR. QUACKASS MY FOOT HAD ALL SWELLED UP KNEES LEG. WEL HE HAD ME GET AN EXRAY ON ONE LEG ONLY!!!!!! HE SAID I HAD HYPEREXTENTED MY LEGS AND THE BLOOD HAD ALL PULLED DOWN INTO MY FOOT ON RIGHT LEG. HAS A SONAGRAM TO SEE IF I HAD BLOOD CLOTS (ONLY ON ONE LEG). WELL IT IS 8 MONTHS LATER MY KNEES STILL HURT, (HE ALSO i HAD SOME ARTHRITIS IN MY KNEE) I WENT TO PHYSICAL THERPY 1 TIME IT KILLED ME . I KNOW ALL ABOUT EXERCISING USED TO BE AROBIC INSTRUCTOR, I HAVE JOGGED, RUN, FAST WALKING, NOW I JUST WALK, I WEAR THOSE SUPPORT WRAPS AROUND MY KNEES AND HAVE ALSO BEEN USING A TENS MACHINE WHICH REALLY HELPS. PLUS I RUB ASPRACREAM ON KNEES. HE SAID , I HAD SOF TISSUE IN JURIES. HOW LONG DOES THIS GO ON? I,AM NOT IN ANY GREAT PAIN BUT MY KNEES ARE SORE. PLEASE HELP ME . THANK YOU ZZZ

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
