I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. This is my first time on this website. I have been on morphine for a long time, and will be on it probably forever! I tried many other things but nothing else really helped. I guess morphine has about the same side effects as oxycontin. The only thing you have to make absolutely sure of is that you don't run out! If you have been on this for awhile and you run out, you WILL have withdrawals and that is a nightmare! I know from experience! But if it helps the pain it is definitely worth it. Good luck, I hope it helps you!
