Hi, I'm new. My name is Natasha and I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder. It's a bunch of different autoimmune deseases, RA's being one of them. I'm 42 years old, has been sick for almost 10 years and currently on disability. I think I manage it pretty well. I exersize regulary(cardio, yoga, weights, streching), and take supplements. The biggest help, though, I think I'm getting from Macrobiotic diet(gone my heartburn and constipation) and from some herbal remedies that I get from local chinese herbalist.
