Hi, I have recently been diagnosed with inflamatory Arthritis, However i dont know much about it, i have been given ibpobrufen to try to help, but im not sure what else i can do to help myself, there is a long history of Osteoperosis, osteoarthirits and rhumatiod arthiritis, I suffer with depression too, and not being able to move properly is not helping!
